Pantason aka “The Dubplate Legend” – birth name Taj-Vaughn Johnson is a well-known music executive and entrepreneur coming from Seaview Gardens, Kingston, Jamaica. Music has always been a major part of Pantason’s life being the son of legendary selector Pink Panther, so it was only natural that he would carry on the legacy from his father.
Pantason decided to make his own path in the music industry under the same brand as his father, starting off as a dubplate agent then eventually starting his own sound system Pantason Movement. Today Pantason has the #1 Duplate and booking agency in Jamaica with connections to every artist in dancehall and reggae music.
While Pantason started off his music career within Jamaica working with local artists he has since broadened his reach and has worked with international artists such as French Montana, Desiigner, and DJ Khaled. Pantason, has constantly progressed since he started and shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon, from dubplate agent to music producer to host of CannabisWiki’s Dancehall Tours, Pantason shows he can do it all and we can expect much more coming from him in the future.
